Q: DO I HAVE THE OPTION TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE MYSELF? I DON’T WANT YOU TO DELIVER IT TO MY LOCATION.

Our customers have the option of ‘self pick up’ wherein they can come and pick up their package at a convenient time. This option is available for COD orders as well. Q: WHY DOES AN ORDER GET CANCELLED?
A: There are various reasons why an order can get cancelled such as a not clearing payment till 7days of receiving it, the order being a duplicate order, the order being marked by our system as a fraudulent order etc. If your order gets cancelled, contact us ASAP and we will assist you.
Q: TELL ME ABOUT YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY.
A: If you want to cancel your order, you are requested to do so within 24 hours of placing it. We will do our best to cancel the order for you and after the cancellation, start processing the refund for you.
Q: I AM NOT BEING ABLE TO SEE MY CURRENT ORDER IN MY ORDER HISTORY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A: If you had placed the order before creating an account with your email ID, the order will not be displayed in your order history. If this has happened to you, contact us immediately. We will access your order details in our database and email them to you.
Q: HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Alternatively, you can click on the “Track Now” button in the email we sent you to confirm the shipping details. If, however, you have not received any email, probably your order has not shipped yet.
Q: ARE ANIMAL TESTS CONDUCTED ON YOUR PRODUCTS? ARE THEY ALCOHOL-FREE?

Q: WHAT IS THE GUARANTEE THAT MY PRODUCT IS 100% GENUINE?
A: You can check for the authenticity by getting in touch with the manufacturer. You can do that via email or phone. You can straight away ask them to verify the product for you. We recommend that you do this before placing the order. Since most of these products come with UPC #/SKU #, the manufacturer can look up the product in their database and give you the answer of whether the product is genuine. There is another way to do this. When you receive the order, it should arrive in an OEM packaging and elements such as tags or labels that only authentic products come with. Q: I RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY ORDER. WHERE IS THE REST OF IT?
A: It can happen if you select the option “ship what’s in stock” at the time of shopping. As requested by you, we ship whatever is in stock as fast as possible and we usually ship the rest of the order within 10 to 14 days after. If you, however, have specifically mentioned that you need all the items together and even then you received only a part of it, we sincerely apologise for it and request you to get in touch with us.
