Q: How much time do you take to deliver an order to the doorstep?
A: It normally takes 1-3 business days for product delivery to major cities in India, 3-5 business days for delivering to Tier II & Tier III cities and 7-10 business days for delivering to parts in rest of India.
Q: What are your delivery charges to my location?
A: We offer free delivery service across India on product purchase above Rs. 1000 on a single bill.
Q: The site is showing that my order has failed but money has been debited from my account. What should I do?
A: Please send us an e-mail at [email protected] mentioning the purchase order number or the transaction ID and we will process your order immediately for delivery at the earliest.
Q: How can I Track my order through to delivery?
A: We will send you an e-mail with all shipment details along with tracking id of the courier service. You can also track order status by clicking on order history.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: For any changes/cancellation of order, please drop an e-mail at [email protected] quoting your purchase order. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and refund the money on cancellation request; for change in order, we will cancel the first order and issue a fresh purchase note against the new product.
Q: Do you accept returns?

Q: Does Privately Urs provide COD/eCOD in my city?
A: Cash on Delivery (COD) and e-COD services are available to select locations across India depending upon the pincode. The pincode detector will let you know if COD is available at that location. You can also share an email with us at [email protected] asking the same by mentioning your pincode and we shall check and revert.
Q: I have paid via COD/e-COD, how will I get my refund?
A: Refund is permitted only for exceptional cases of damaged product delivery. In all such cases, we shall send you a communication approving of a refund and ask for details to credit the amount.
Q: I have paid via netbanking/debit/credit card; how will I get my refund?
A: In exceptional cases when there has been a damaged product delivery, we shall refund the amount back into the same account via which you have paid for your purchase on Privately Urs.
