If you have changed your decision regarding the product(s) that you have purchased from our online store, or have found the product(s) to be faulty, we will refund the cost or exchange the product(s) that you are not satisfied with. However, this is subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below:
- Product(s) MUST be returned within 7 days of the purchase in an undamaged condition (this does not apply in case of defective products though no refund will be made if customers aggravate the damage) along with the original receipt or any other document that can serve as proof of purchase from us
- Customers MUST provide their name and mailing address along with a valid contact number
- The return product(s) must be unworn or unused, unwashed and contain the original tags/labels attached
If customers request us for a refund, the cost of the product(s) (excluding the delivery charge) will be refunded using the original method of payment within 7 working days of our receipt of the returned product in an undamaged condition. We will NOT be responsible for any additional costs that might be associated with return of the product(s) because of any currency conversion.
Shipping Costs CAN BE refunded only in case of delivery of faulty or defective items. Shipping will NOT be refunded upon return of a faulty product in case there are other undamaged products involved with that same shipment.
Return of Faulty Products
In case any product(s) is/are found faulty, or wrongfully described or differ from the sample that is displayed on the site, then Privatelyurs will remain liable to meet its legal obligations that will include refund of the purchase cost plus the delivery charges, or replacement of the said product(s) provided the product(s) is/are returned within a specified time (7 days) along with adequate proof of purchase from us in an undamaged condition.
Privatelyurs will NOT be liable to pay any extra cost incurred as a result of currency conversion. It will solely be the responsibility of the customer in question.
All products purchased online at Privatelyurs.com can be refunded or exchanged if the following conditions are duly met:
- 1. All the terms and conditions of Returns and Exchange Policy are met.
- 2. Customers MUST provide the packing slip that they have received along the online order package.
- 3. Customers MUST provide the printed copy of the invoice or receipt of the purchased product (it is emailed to the customers at the customer-stated email address as a confirmation of the said purchase).
- 4. Customers MUST provide the matching identification number along with the matching name and shipping address on the packing invoice or slip.
- 5. Purchases can be refunded or exchanged only against the amount that is stated on the invoice minus any offers/discounts that might be applicable.
